Certified CMA teacher since 2011, Eddie is an inspiring and committed member of our faculty that strives to share the fun of learning music with each of his students.
This Toronto-based composer and musician has been writing and performing music since a very young age. Eddie has had the opportunity to study at renowned music schools with many highly-respected music instructors. Starting on piano, Eddie later picked up the guitar and bass as well as a diverse range of wind instruments throughout his schooling.
Having graduated with honours from Humber College Bachelor of Music program, Eddie went on to perform and teach regularly in the GTA; he also produces and records many up-and-coming artists in his home studio.
As a hired side-musician, Eddie has toured across Canada and the United States. He also took part in Canada's Wonderland’s musical theatre production Twistin’ to the Sixties, and has worked as the house pianist at Mississauga's Living Arts Centre.
Eddie performs and records diverse styles of music, ranging from Rock to Electronica to Latin. He has appeared on bills with artists such as Lights, Alexisonfire, Faber Drive and Divine Brown, and has had the opportunity to work with artists including Hedley, The Afterbeat, Paul Leavitt, Morgan David, Treneta Bowden, Keshia Chanté, Demi Lovato, and the Jonas Brothers.
Eddie has been teaching for over six years now, passing on to aspiring musicians the knowledge and experience his training and adventures have brought him. Eddie has taught students of a wide range of ages, levels, instruments and interests, from RCM studies to composition.
