Tuesday: 8pm - 10pm
Thursday: 8pm - 10pm
Saturday: 6pm - 9pm
Sunday: 6pm - 8pm

Biography:

Certified CMA teacher since 2012, Reade is a fun and engaging Academy faculty member known for his exceptional teaching experience and ability.

Reade graduated from The University of Manitoba with a Degree in Music and Education (with distinction) in 2005. He has been performing behind the drums for over 20 years. Originally from Winnipeg, he was the drummer with the University of Manitoba Jazz Orchestra for 6 years, this allowed him to perform in hundreds of shows throughout Canada, the US and Europe.

Reade has been thriving in Toronto's music scene since 2005.

Reade has performed and recorded with many known artists such as Mary Margaret O'Hara (pop/experimental), Guido Basso(jazz), Rock Plaza Central(folk/rock), and Peter Appleyard(jazz). He currently performs, records and tours on a regular basis. He is also a Sony artist.

Reade's musical styles are limitless, and educating students with this knowledge is his primary goal.

His teaching methods are versatile and educational incorporating various methods of learning into personal lesson plans that reach the specific needs of students. His teaching lessons are down to earth, focused, and flexible.
